NEW this month – Metluma Circles
Facilitated by Human Performance Expert and Flow Coach Alex Bakowski
Metluma Circles are inspired by centuries-old traditions where women gathered in circles to share stories, hold space, and honour life’s transitions. These agenda-free sessions create space for real conversations about the experience of peri/menopause, guided by what matters most to the women in the room.
The focus isn’t on providing answers or medical advice. Instead, Circles are about:
Sharing stories in a safe and supportive environment.
Reflecting together on the challenges and opportunities of this life stage.
Building connections that remind you that you’re not alone.
Each Circle is different, shaped by the voices and experiences of those who join. You can come to one session and return to future sessions as often as you wish. Every conversation will open new perspectives, insights and useful takeaways.

Hot Off the Press: Spring, Sun & Vitamin D
New Australian research shows that nearly one in three women remains vitamin D deficient after the winter months. Spring is the ideal time to safely rebuild vitamin D levels, as the sun is gentler and days are longer. Just a short amount of sun exposure—such as a morning walk or time outdoors with arms and face uncovered—can help the body produce this essential vitamin. Adequate vitamin D supports strong bones, immune function, and also plays a role in lifting mood. By making safe sun time part of your spring routine, you can set yourself up for healthier months ahead.
