Metluma goes global!

In April, we joined a group of Aussie health innovators on a unique opportunity provided by Investment NSW to connect and collaborate on some exciting initiatives via the Health Innovation to the UK program.

Many people have asked what our key takeaways were so we’ve pulled together a few here:

• Congrats to NHS Scotland for leading the way on menopause support! Your innovative and entrepreneurial approach to tackling a national issue, with the NHS at the forefront, is truly inspiring.
• We were blown away by the sheer volume of support available to companies setting up in Scotland – from ecosystem introductions to funding access, you name it, they’re ready to help!
• Partnerships are the future! Huge shoutout to Health Innovation East Midlands – Alison Mlot, Tim Robinson, Julian Patel, Nicole McGlennon, and David Williams. We’re excited to see how we can collaborate and make a difference together.
• The A-UK free trade deal is a game-changer! This is a fantastic opportunity for Australia to streamline exports to the UK. Big thanks to Investment NSW and leaders like Chris Minns for making this possible.
• It was also fabulous to engage with the dynamic NSW Med Tech and Health Tech communities and share insights with so many talented individuals. Looking forward to what’s next!
