Menopause is not something women need to endure

For many years, women have felt that menopause was just something they had to endure and that treatments came with adverse side effects.

That is no longer the case, thanks to advances in medicine and research into alternative therapies and lifestyle interventions. Women who are availed the right treatment can be happier, healthier and more productive at work and home.

"The changes, the highs and lows, and the hormonal shifts, there is power in that. But we were taught to be ashamed of it and to not even seek to understand it or explore it for our own edification, let alone to help the next generation."

We are partnered with a trusted team with a thorough understanding of the corporate field. Together, we aim to effectively support women experiencing menopause. We can deliver personalised solutions to align with various corporate structures and employee benefits initiatives. Our team of entrepreneurial minds has over two decades of experience in the corporate wellness industry, so we understand the ever-evolving needs of businesses. In partnership with doctors who specialise in women’s health, especially menopause, we are providing an innovative, centralised health service to keep women thriving in the workplace.
