A validated study by WSU, funded by the Digital Health CRC, highlights the power of our holistic, person-centred approach.

Findings showed greater self-compassion and acceptance leading to better workplace experience, and positive behavioural changes in diet, exercise and sleep. Participants also experienced improved self-efficacy, empowerment and symptom control.
