Led by Metluma doctors, allied health professionals and nurses with additional training in peri-/menopause care, our community workshops offer a blend of evidence-based guidance and real-world support. You’ll meet weekly, share progress, explore topics aligned to your MPlan, and gain access to resources that help you stay on track between sessions.
